We will refund the money within 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods. Your money will be refunded in the same manner as the payment for the order was made, without any additional refund fees.

Damaged goods in original packaging will not be accepted for return.

To return purchased goods, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

Goods that cannot be returned:

• Custom-made goods.

• Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as expired goods.

• Goods that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons after unpacking.

• Goods that, after their delivery, are used in combination with other goods (mixtures of goods).

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods, even if they meet the above requirements.
